Block Out Levels 801-839: Final Expert Level Log
A field log for Block Out Levels 801-839: the final Expert stretch, the featured late-game boards, the 828 gap and a checklist for finishing the run.

The final stretch of the 1–839 run is short and unforgiving. The boards assume every earlier lesson: read the doors, protect the center, clear the constrained color first and wait for moving obstacles instead of forcing them. There is very little room for a move that only looks good in the moment.
This log also covers the late-game boards now featured on the site. Levels 816, 819, 820 and 824 were added to the featured list because they are a useful sample of what the final Expert tier asks for. They are not easy boards, but they are readable if you slow down.
What the final stretch asks for
The 801–839 boards tend to combine:
- Narrow approaches. A door may have only one usable route at the start.
- Multiple colors sharing the center. Clearing one color can change the order for every other color.
- Moving obstacles near the finish. A generator or elevator can undo the space you just created.
- Long finishes. The last few blocks often need more planning than the opening.
The correct mindset is defensive. Do not clear a color because it is large. Clear it because its route is about to disappear, or because clearing it makes the next constrained color possible.
The featured late-game boards
The four featured boards in this range are a good place to start if you want to see the final tier without opening a random level:
- Level 816 is a useful check on how you handle a narrow approach when the center is already busy.
- Level 819 and Level 820 sit close together and show how small changes in block placement can change the whole route order.
- Level 824 is the last featured board in the run. Watch the opening carefully; the first clear often decides how much center space remains.
The full level pages for these boards are linked in the index below, along with every other available page in the range.
The 828 gap
Level 828 currently has no published level page because the playlist does not include a video for it. The index below automatically skips that gap. If you are stuck on 828, the general Expert strategy in this log still applies, but there is no embedded walkthrough on the site yet.
Beyond 839
The next stretch is covered in the Levels 840–849 log, including the boards added on 20 October 2026. Levels 840–847 also have their own pages if you want to open them directly: Level 840, Level 841, Level 842, Level 843, Level 844, Level 845, Level 846 and Level 847.
Finishing the run
If you have reached the 800s, you already know how to clear a board. The remaining challenge is consistency. Use the same checklist on every level:
- Is the first block's route actually open?
- Which color has the fewest routes after this move?
- Does the move close a door approach?
- Is a generator about to refill the space?
- Is the elevator aligned and is the landing lane clear?
If any answer is wrong, stop and re-read the board. The final stretch rewards patience more than speed. The linked index below lists every available level page in 801–839.
